I'm enjoying my new (to me) 500SL a lot. Since picking it up last monday I have brimmed the tank 6 times. These cars are surprisingly fun.

The photo above was yesterday - before a 350 mile journey North (again!)

Just to add, I hated my 748s.

Couldn't get on with it
The family 916 (996) Foggy rep seems to get positive reviews.

So did the 748.

Just saying I didn't like it! tongue out (so buy an rs250 - so I can have a go!)
Find me one.

You may will mock but I have always wanted one of the early Aprilia RS250 or if not a Ducati 748.

Both fit me just fine yes
I've had one of those funny coincidences the past 2 days, where during the commute you see the same person twice and then will probably never see them again. It was one of those little Honda 400s - a bit of googling suggests a VFR 400. Great looking and sounding little bikes (which along with the small size, is why I noticed it among all the other commuting bikes).

Strong price but it's had a lot of stuff done.

Not a fan of the wheels but that's a proper piece of kit.

Its taken me 6 weeks to take pictures so god knows how long an advert will take me!

Added to that I am ishly busy at work. And rather fond of the old bus.

Short of spending £10k refreshing the whole thing, I think it is about as good as an E32 gets.

Ben - my email would be;

Its silver
Blue leather
Big six
Four wheels

Rare investment opportunity etc etc only going up in value...they won't make anymore like this...
Looks really good from the pictures, Something about the shark nose era of cars. I'd love to try an E32 one day. Alas I need to sell the 124 and M3 soon so looks like I'll have to wait a while longer!

If it wasn't in Kent, I'd be all over that! Would be an ideal stable mate to the MR2 for now.

I know Magnus/911/et al videos have been to death but this one made a refreshing change.

No chat. No music. Just noise.
