IIRC, Harry Metcalf had a Shamal back in Performance Car days... and he loved it.

Always thought they looked fabulous.

This is, erm, different

That is lovely!
I think the colour quite suits it on the outside. The interior is a bit more challenging (to my tastes at least). Gold with black could work though...
I'm not sure that interior would work with any exterior colour!
Would with tdf blue I think. Anyways, coffee?

On another topic completely - it's a big day for me, today.

I've taken out a "fleet" car insurance policy. One policy covering all of them regardless - new or classic, kept at home, kept in storage or kept at a different address.

It's a bit cheaper than having separate policies, but much easier from a paperwork perspective - if I buy another car, I just call them and add it to the policy. I suppose it would be the same if I ever sold one. smile

Oh, and I get fully comp cover on any car to £150k.

I've been wondering about these, how many cars are on the policy and who did you use?

Thanks

thumbup I've got one of those.

However, I've edited for accuracy - don't forget they may charge you an additional premium when you add more vehicles. smile

Ha - very true. Although mine is set up as a monthly direct debit, so I don't even need to write a cheque - they just help themselves to my funds every month. More cars = increased monthly charge.

Question.

Budget 4kish.
Needs to be compact.
Auto (Sorry J)
Room, occasionally, for 4
Not a hatch.
Nice place to sit.
At least nippy.

I struggle to get past a MK1 TT 3.2
