No idea where to put this sorry.

I have a farm quad that lives in a stable with 2 horses, it never goes on road and is just used to cart stuff around.

Problem is we rent the fields and stables, I want to insure it third party, so if it burst into flames and takes the stables with it we are covered.

My insurance broker has been trying all day but no luck, they won't touch it because we don't own the land or stables.

I know Adrian Flux offer "Laid Up Cover", you could try them: https://www.adrianflux.co.uk/laid-up-insurance/

Any commercial broker should be able to quote you for an Agricultural Vehicle policy; NIG, RSA, AXA, Rural, Towergate AIUA will probably quote (via a broker, some of them may deal direct).
