60s to 80s Mercs. All of them. They had presence and style unlike the 2000's onwards tat.

I'm sure I saw somebody created a mercedes 300SL gullwing based on an SL55 chassis and running gear? Must've surprised some people at the lights!

Rover P5 coupe with BMW V8 sitting on something like an Art Morrison Chassis. Fill with all the usual gear and you have a great looking car.

240Z would be hard to say no to. Maybe keep it NA with a 370Z motor rather than an RBxx, its a sweet sounding lump.

Can't believe nobody has chosen the Singer 911 yet. I'll have one of them, in that metallic bronze Porsche used to do, black Fuchs. And a Bristol 411.

AMG did a few but the wheels were just lazy and the interior was poorly resolved;

That steering wheel is the absolute worst thing I've ever seen. I was lucky enough to have a poke around a proper gull-wing not so long ago and that interior is an embarrassment!

As would most of us, but the question posed asks what would you like to see remastered - eg something not commercially available now

This sounds good to me. I'd also like to see an updated version of the Capri.
That'll be the new mustang with the 2.3 4 pot then.

Jaguar XJ6 series 1. I'd put in an LS3 V8 tuned to about 500hp, mini-tub the rear and fit some 15" black steelies on drag radials. Mmmmmmm....

The question was actually which would you most like to own.

Everytime one of these comes up on the forums I always think about how hilarious some sort of horrendous piece of 70s BL blandness (Ital, Princess, All-agro, etc) would be with a decent, reasonably powerful engine and big brakes would be, then I start to get serious and think about how to swap the daft suspension set ups they had for proper struts/IRS to make something that would actually go quite well but still look ste. Then I remember about how rusty these things always are and think about something else.
