The reason for PHers crashing is diesel in the road.
The reason for anyone else crashing is running out of talent.
Ah, the infamous diesel. It lurks in the shadows and behind road signs, waiting to jump out and make the PHer doing 'no more than 15mph' spin through 720 degrees and into the scenery, before quickly running away so as not to make all the other irresponsible drivers on the road crash in unison. The reason for anyone else crashing is running out of talent.

Worth noting that my brother drives HGVs for a living and the amount of data that is collected and sent back to the office is astonishing. I assure you he couldn't get away with filling the 600L tanks and then dropping most of it all over the floor as the MPG is calculated to 2 decimal points and every milliliter has to be accounted for.
