He looks like a powerfully built company director in his court appearance attire. Passed to Crown Court for sentencing.

It's now a 'fake Ferrari' that he 'didn't even have a licence to drive'

More detail on the boiler room scam he was running.

That piece says the only victim named William Searle was named in court, but further on says James Tanner was mentioned on the charge sheet.

It also says that the court didn't confirm that the driving offence was for driving the fake Ferrari not accordance with his driving licence, while the other local newspaper that belongs to the same group says the driving charge was related to driving the Ford Cougar DNA Ferrari copy:

He's not too bright is he. It's quite sad really.

Who? The 18 year old kid? Or the nearly-40-year-old TV chef who got taken by him? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Tanner

Those Tanner brothers look younger than that. They sold their restaurant, or one of them, last year so perhaps the teenage fake Ferrari driver relieved the TV Chef of some of the money realised from that sale?

26 months in a Young Offenders Institution. As he seems not too bright I am concerned about what he may learn there. May be if he'd have been kept at school a few years it would have been better? It's difficult not to see how his parents weren't in on it, or aware of it.

He wore a brown shoes with what looks like a blue suit again. He'd got rid of the goatee so he looked less like a powerfully built company director.

Ah Mylo Rose - that name rings a bell from a few years ago on PH.

Wasn't he that chubby bellend FX trader / fake invester type that ripped off loads of people including a PH'er but somehow, even after he was arrested, managed to get someone from his legal team to demand Haymarket pull the long running thread that the scammed PH'er had started as it definitely doesn't appear in the PH search engine any more?

Edit - yep found the thread via Google & it was indeed removed - https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Can't say that FB post above is surprising - i think quite a few PH'ers had suggested that's exactly what the Police would end up doing if he was granted bail.
