With all the amazing £1m ++ hyper cars with hybrid this and that coming from all the big players in the market place were taking supercar ownership out of the reach even for most week in week out Lotto winners.

So where else should they look for incredible performance mean looks back to basics fool old school style.
I give you the c£200k Nobile M600 a BRITISH supercar/Hyper car.

It will be exclusive too - would be interesting to see total production numbers v its competitors or the real "limited editions" available.

Big engine two big turbos no ABS very low COG 220mph+ potential in a road car -- which out of the box you could have a huge amount of fun with on the track.

Best £200k you could spend on a car?
Discuss.

A great car, no doubt about it - but reasonably attainable/affordable Nobles are where the sweet spot is, in my opinion - why compete with Ferrari, McLaren and Lamborghini when you can do your own thing (and do it very well) at a cheaper point in the market?

How many of these have they sold, out of interest?

Lack of ABS is not a plus point IMO.

I'm a BIG fan of Noble and the M600.

I was lucky enough to clean their demo cars a few times at Goodwood and they really are awesome.
They're obviously bloody quick but just the sound they make and the presence they have is unique.

I've met the MD of Noble, Peter Boutwood, a couple of times and he'e a lovely chap too, which is nice smile

For the money I don't reckon you'd better an M600.

It's the best pure supercar on sale today, but the market for a car like that is very small. The majority of people who buy a car I'm this sector want something with an image that's flashy and easy to drive. The noble is a better car in every way that say a Huracan but the Huracan will sell a lot more! Personally I'd have the noble everyday of the week, fantastic car!

Maybe not on the commute but it is for trackdays and other spirited driving.

Mumble grumble blah blah, bet it has no cup holders either, rubbish car.

What has become of PH? hehe

I think the M600 is the closest thing to a modern F40 you are going to get...

It assures sales success in the same way as KTMs decision to build the X-Bow without a windscreen.

Will be interesting to see what the new Morgan supercar looks like at Geneva. You may say that it's not going to be a hypercar like the M600 but I'm guessing you could buy it plus the Caterham 620R and have money to spare.

It's a stunning car but then it needs to be to hold up against the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche and McLaren.

Don't disagree - and its certainly not a supercar for all infact its much more the petrol heads supercar IMHO. A raw experiance and pace which is what Ahead of an Enzo ie a bargain relatively speaking.

I'd take an Exige S over the Noble M600 any day.... Exige has the benefit of more usable power and will be just as entertaining on a track. It looks nicer too.

Good shout I really like them - though for me the utterly savage relentless acceleration the 220+mph the looks just make it a winner. Also the exige s isn't that more of a sports car than a super car /comparable to an Enzo?

Yes the Exige possibly is more of a sports car than a super car but in the real world, 200mph savagery is pointless, the noble wouldn't reach that speed on any UK track and I'd imagine the Exige would run rings round it on a track. It's a brave guy who drops 200k on the Noble and not a 911 GT3 or a 456 though.

458 for me too

In fact, hand on heart I don't think the noble would even enter my mind when choosing a £200k supercar,

Different strokes for different folks eh

The M600 is 509 bhp/tonne
458 is 378 bhp/tonne
911 GT3 (latest) 329bhp/tonne

Enzo 477bhp/tonne
Zonda F Clubsport 521bhp/tonne
911 GT1 524 bhp/tonne
LaFerrari 706bhp/tonne

The M400 is within the second group its vastly quicker than a 458 similar price but with the pace of cars a few leagues ahead.

Incredible - didn't realise it was that brutal
