Wondering if anyone had any idea of their policies/ease of return.

Basically the car had a new Bosch silver battery 2 years ago. It's starting to crank a bit slower and whilst it hasn't died yet I am concerned it will. Bought from my local warehouse.

If it's going to be a case of straight swap I'll just dap the car up there and remove/refit in the car park!

Straight swap - provided they have it in stock.

We didn't even need the receipt - they could trace the sale via our membership number which was handy. Note they don't do silver batteries anymore its the. 4 year instead of the. 5 year -( cheaper cost so you'd lovely get a but of a refund)

Great, sounds good. Will keep an eye on it but if it's a swap rather than faffing about testing it I'll take it in sooner rather than later!

You won't have any problems, even after a couple of years.

No receipt required- as stated all transactions are stored on your membership.

What they won't do is 'exchange' it. You'll be given a full refund at the returns desk, then you'll have to wander over to the batteries to see if they have another in stock.

The same policy applies to 99% of the items they stock, the only exceptions being home electrics like TVs and laptops etc (which come with the rather awesome 'Concierge' service anyway- a man comes to your house and sorts it FOC for up to 5 years).

Protip: don't have an eyetest or buy shades/ glasses/ contacts anywhere else- silly prices and all top designers/ brands. Big range of Michael Kors sunnies- all £25. Raybans almost half high street prices. Don't get me started on the meat and wines...

No issues, you will get a full refund no questions asked. No such thing as exchanges at Costco.
