Exhaust parts problem

What would one call that part circled? I believe my layman's description doesn't match up with the Ebay seller's.

Going from the picture, I'd call that the front section after the cats, you then have a centre section, pre axle, and rear section, post axle

The one circled really, but it's open to interpretation. Did they not provide a picture/part no on the listing?

I'd call it the front box, to me the middle box is the next one as it's the middle one of the three boxes.
