Short and sweet, this one.

As per thread title; which is it? 2003+ model. I can't find a definitive answer, only that the later models are a CVT.

Whilst it behaves like a CVT, it the mechanical operations are different:

I think also that the model you are looking at has the 5-speed.

We used to own a 2002. Lovely thing around town, but it had the old 4-speeder.
Bit annoying when doing the long night drive to the slopes; big V6 up front yet it;s hammering away at 4,000rpm to make progress.
Still, at least I got regular coffee breaks pitting for petrol..
