I recall years ago that this car was being touted as a technological breakthrough but no other company has adopted its compact V10 nor has the car ever raced nor been reported on in the past few years.

Was Connaught just another scam 'company' to bilk investors and promote someone's ego temporarily? Was it just a toy to show off? I always liked its style and engineering and I cannot understand why it has just disappeared.

So, Connaught was a scam like so many other fake car companies looking to bilk investors and provide nothing of substance? If so, pit. The car was a perfect size and with the claimed power out of the V10, it could have been quite a contender. Even if some other company bought the rights/tooling to bring the car to market, it looked the part.

The OP is probably the new owner of the company.

Wow, and people think that Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character! Quick, get Dr. Watson and on some other cases.

Well, looks like Connaught is finally dead. Will it liv again? The engineering looked promising.

So much potential, but sometimes these things are just ego projects or the result of too much ambition and not enough financial discipline.
