I bought the rolltop seats as the standard seats from a sport ? were

really uncomfortable.

Not a Sprint but I've had a beast of a 1500HL, a Toledo, a 2500 PI and now have a Stag.
I had a few Stags myself around 20 years ago, sometimes I think about another one, then I remember how they could rot frown.

Had an early MK11 Mexico in that colour, with that stripe too.

Before I'went in the army (a must back then) I drove a 1976 Ford RS2000, that was my first RS2000 I don't
believe I've got a picture with that car.
then later in 1983 I had to go in the army and the money I got there was not much,
almost half I've used too, so had to sell my beloved Ford RS2000 which I bought in early 1983.

Then I was send to Lebanon and the money was pretty good again, better then I've used to before I went in to the army, so driving around in Lebanon I missed my car very much, so when I got a short vacation (2 weeks) back to the Netherlands and with some money on the bank, I decided to buy another RS2000 also a yellow one, but 3 years younger (1979) and with fishnet headrest, the 1976 model had the same seats but a more normal headrest.

I bought that car in Enschede (NL) and when I collected the car and drove of, just about 10 min later the radiator started to leak so much steam and I stopped the car, see picture me not so happy, looking like a bag potatoes, so my girlfriend at the time thought, thats a funny picture biggrin
So had to seek a phone box to call that garage I bought it from and lucky they could repair it at some
radiator guy nearby and a few hours later we could get home again.

Lucky we had a camera with us (because for me it was a short vacation) and could make a picture.

long story, great memories.
