Hi, I've just had news that my car allowance for work is allowed to be used for a petrol car, and not just diesel.
If I'm going for petrol I might as well get a decent one.
So....
Can I have quotes please for a Leon Cupra 280 5dr
3+ 24/35
25k pa

Can you also tell me the extra cost for
a) Winter Pack
b) maintenance.
c) DSG

and can you tell me the excess mileage rate.
As there are a few combinations, if you want to put a headline rate on here, and pm the combinations and permutations so as not to bore everyone that would be great.

Thanks
ttt

TIA
Thanks for the message,

Please see the quotes below as requested:

Seat Leon 2.0 TSI 280PS Cupra 5 Dr Hatchback

Personal Contract Hire
3+23 / 25k p.a. = £373.94 inc VAT
3+35 / 25k p.a. = £353.82 inc VAT

Excess mileage charge is 7.2 pence per mile including VAT.

Hope this helps? I will PM the various quotes for the options.

Thanks

Dave

Hi Stable folks,

I'd like a quote on some options conforming to the following spec please:

D-segment estate (Passat, Mondeo, E Class, Superb etc), automatic gearbox, petrol or diesel. 10k miles per annum, lowest deposit and monthly payment possible, for a personal lease. Has to be auto, other than that not much fussed.

Cheers.

Hi Stable VC,

Looking at Golf R 5 door, personal, no extras, maintenance, 24 months, around 7k miles per year.

Would consider other fast premium 5 door hatches if ( golf gti, 1 series, A Class etc ) if you have anything good. Also cancelled order Golf R's if available.

Thanks,

Ed

Did you manage to negotiate anything off the advertised price?

Thanks for your feedback. We are in the process of "facelifting" the website and are looking to add different mileages with this change.

Would love to share the new site with the PH community for initial feedback in the next few weeks??

Hi Ed,

Sorry for the late reply.

We have a cancelled VW Golf R DSG 5 Dr H/B in Tornado Red which is on site and ready for a quick delivery.

This car would work out at £320.50 + VAT (£384.60 inc VAT) based on 6+23, 7k per annum and service, maintenance & tyres.

Would that model be of interest to you?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply Dave, it's a stonking deal, but I need to consider something bigger than a Golf - something Passat sized ideally.

Cheers.

Relating to a forum thread
If I take out a 6+23 lease and my car is stolen in say in month 1 (but other months could apply) and my insurance agrees to pay out for the car, where do I stand?
Do you issue another car with the insurance money so I can continue with the deal?
Or do I have to start again and find another 6 month payment from somewhere?
Thanks smile

Great question!

It's really down to the discretion of the finance company. In theory they could terminate the agreement and then you would have to start again. But we have seen on a number of occasions that if a like for like car can be found then the finance company will allow the contract to continue.

Hope this helps?

Do you do business with swarthy untrustworthy foreign types, or only fine upstanding British people?

I have a genuine reason for asking! smile
