I ordered some tyres from Oponeo last Friday (20th), got the confirmation and all seemed well. I've been following the tracking link and it currently shows the following:

What on earth are they doing? They seem to have come from Germany, done two laps of the UK and now made it all the way back to somewhere else in Germany confused. I want my tyres dang it!

Probably an issue with the address or not a full address.

Their tracking is c@ap. I followed my order and it went,
8.40 am 'Tony your delivery driver will deliver between 5pm & 6pm"
9am door bell rings. Yippee! DPD. Parcel signed for but its not delivered by Tonyfrown
9.01am Wonders to self how parcel 1 of 2 is missing 2nd bit?

I now start to plan the rest of my day around the delivery of the 2nd parcel that tracking icontinues to tell me will be delivered between 5/6pm. I can also Track Tony ( although I'm now in the knowledge that Tony has a little helper.) and he roams around my area all morning . The tracking also says I'm 72/120 to be made today by busy, busy Tony.

2pm Confident that parcel 2 will not arrive and Tony is up to his eyeballs in parcels until dusk I go to leave the house. And whos's standing there?
The Tony impersonator. With the 2/2 parcel.

Good luck with you tyres, they may be closer than you think!
Ignorance can be bliss.

Welcome to my world. My order (through the other firm that does Klebers) is with DPD. It took them a week to put it on a lorry and they whisked it off to Holland. It's been touring the red light district for a couple of days before goodness knows what.. if and when it gets to the UK no doubt it will want to do a little sightseeing.. wink

Well this morning it appears they have now been delivered back from whence they came in Germany, no contact received from anyone at all. WTF confused.

I can feel some long and tedious phone calls coming on this afternoon.

Why not phone Openeo, they speak English and are quite helpful.

i suspect they were not properly addressed on the label, so were returned as they couldn't figure out where to send them

This seems likely though why they couldn't work that out and correct it before they sent them on a round trip of Europe I don't know banghead.
