OP, I have a Quattroporte M139 that I really want to disguise as a Vauhall Omega. I know this might seem a bit far fetched, but any ideas?

I think it would be hilarious but it definitely makes no sense to use a perfectly good 360 for it. A damaged one definitely makes more sense, not one that's in pieces currently but say a former Cat write off or such that has since been repaired to a good standard or maybe one with some already flakey body work?

Careful. According to OP the heavier body panels will reduce the BHP on your MR2...

As an aside I'm not sure they are heavier as they are all aluminium IIRC.

OP, if you genuinely want to do this I have a friend with at least one (possibly two) scrap MR2s with complete & intact shells and most (if not all) of the interior
