One single thing that makes you think "knob" Vol 3
Discussion
Another Nissan driver this time a xtrail.
Northbound on the A1 just past Granthan.
Both me and the Nissan were doing roughly the same speed.
I joined at Grantham, the Xtrail is in front doing about 75.
We both pull out to overtake a artic, the x trail gets level with artic and then ease's off and maintains pace with it.
Theres a speed camera in front so Mr Xtrail then brakes hard so the artic pulls away i'm having to slow down sharpish as we get down to 40!!!
Lucky it was not to busy.
Who the fxxx slows down to that speed on a main trunk road just because of a speed camera

drivers that don't understand how to determine speed limits on particular stretches of road. Unfortunately that seems to be very commonplace. Northbound on the A1 just past Granthan.

tt in the sh*ty black corsa heading eastbound on the M9 this morning. Sat solidly in L2, he (presumably) lifts off from 70 until he reaches about 60 and a gap is created to the car in front. He then boots it up to about 85/90 until he catches said car and repeats the process.
Jumping into L1 and going for the undertake did cross my mind (L1 largely empty) but that would've just antagonised the throbber. Thankfully he left the M9 after a couple of exits.
Mate, your car is sh*t!

That's brilliant. Picasso driver, fat, sweary and from Hull. Epic failure - in life.
Have a look in the "The "Sh*t Driving Caught On Dashcam" Thread", there's 2 pages of "WHO" "Ronnie Pickering" hilarityhttp://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
The Asian gentleman doing 40mph on the A1M this evening.Surprise surprise when I passed he was on his bloody phone! tt
The two young lads in the Glyn Hopkins liveried Grand Punto who tried desperately to goad me into racing on the A421 heading eastwards. Just a suggestion, but if you want to drive like that.
a).Book a track day.You might learn how to actually drive a car properly.
b).Drive a car that isn't going to be embarrassed by a 13 year old sub £1000 shed (e.g., my Saab)

The inability of "drivers" to leave a vehicle in gear when parking on an incline.
What is so difficult about such a basic procedure?
One such cretin caused £15,000 worth of damage to my house some years ago when its car 'ran away'. Seems I was lucky. This poor bloke was killed:

Vauxhall drivers. Not all but a lot seem to be quite knobbish at the moment. There have been 3 different ones in the last two days.
Vauxhall no.1: Black Insignia, M90 Northbound just after 5PM yesterday. Catching up to it in Lane 1, their speed is fluctuating massively but never pulling away and they are weaving about in the lane. I speed up and overtake it. Mid overtake, I look over the driver is on the phone and can barely see over the steering wheel. I pull a bit of a gap and go back to lane one and ease back to my original cruise controlled speed. Half a mile later the Insignia decides it wants to have a close look at the back of my car whilst still on the phone and weaving about. Knob.
Vauxhall no.2: Red Insignia, M90 Southbound at around 7.20 this morning. I was in lane 1 passing the Kelty junction and I did my usual over the shoulder check to see if there was anything coming down the sliproad. I see the red Insignia flying down it at a fair rate of knots. Before the sliproad and motorway meet (still a grass verge between us) they are alongside. I looked over and saw they couldn't actually see out their side windows due to condensation. I moved out into lane 2 by which time the Insignia braked and entered the motorway at the same speed as me (I hadn't changed speed). They eventually tore off, but not after noticing the back window and also side mirrors were also fogged up. Knob.
Vauxhall no.3: White Astra, at a small roundabout in Rosyth at about 7.35 this morning. I'm turning right (3rd exit) and indicating to do so. Just as I'm about to pass exit 2, the Astra coming out of exit 2 decided it wanted to come out before me and slowly. I braked hard so to not hit it and eased back. After it exited the roundabout it braked hard and turned into a petrol station about 15m from the roundabout. There was nothing behind me and they saved less than 5 seconds. Knob.
I'm not the sort of person to get wound up when these things happen, I will try and give myself a bit of room from them, but all mentioned were knobs in their own right.

Smoking while driving.
Almost invariably incompetent, cretinous knobs.
I have no problem with people who smoke and drive. It's their life choice and if they want to die sooner so be it. Chalk that one up to Charles Darwin. I have issue with those who discard lit cigarettes from moving vehicles without putting them out first. I've put out two fires this year caused by it and had a burn hole in my cycling jacket thanks to some prickhead last year. Almost invariably incompetent, cretinous knobs.

Driving on a 2 lane road into city, notice this mony going over to my side on the road, and held back.
As I went past they were texting on their phone..
There was a guy in a lovely SLS AMG doing that when I was in stop-start traffic on the M4 on Sunday. Admittedly it was all at pretty low speeds but still...As I went past they were texting on their phone..

I don't get why smokers seems to think it's fine to drop cigarettes wherever they happen to be like it's some inalienable right. Knobs.
