The densoids who seem to think that just because they are on a dual carriageway, their full beam headlights are not dazzling to traffic heading the other way (on the other carriageway, before any comedians jump in...).
But the gem was this morning. Seat Alhambra, with one of those little flags on a stick that clips onto the window - the sort that proliferate when there's an international football tournament on. Only this was an EU flag.

Another dark morning, heavy fog, sure I sure the exact same car that I saw earlier this week, again with no lights on at all. Fog was that heavy though this morning the car appeared out of nowhere, so no-one would have time to flash. Person that pulls out a junction unable to see this car approaching is who I feel sorry for, likely to be T boned by a dark car with no lights on.
Throbber in an Astra last night getting increasingly wound up because no-one would let him out of his driveway in crawling stop-start traffic.
Here's a strange idea, fella. Rotate that big switch on the right of the steering column, and all before you will be bathed in light. This will then give all these nice folks a clue that you just might be wanting to leave your driveway. What with it being 7pm and very much "dark o'clock" and all. And if you're turning right, then the indicator would help too. Just a thought, like. Or you could quietly fume away in your car and roll it forward a few inches at a time, getting nowhere. Your choice, old bean...

Two bellends last night within 30 seconds of each other.
First was a Kia Ceed or something, approaching behind on the motorway with foglights on, but only one was working. As they passed, he/she had both rear fogs on, to compensate for the broken nearside tail light and number plate light, then as they took the exit slip it became apparent the only working brake light was the central brake light.
A few moments later, coming down joining sliproad was an Audi A3 with main beams on. Joined behind me, straight out to L2, overtook, still on main beam, got about 100 yards ahead then dipped their lights, started braking to about 55mph and then pulled into L3. They slowed to about 50 as I sailed past in L1, never saw them again.
Clearly two idiots, one with an unroadworthy car and one with absolutely no clue about motorway driving.

The half-witted bint who was driving behind me on Friday who kept putting her glasses on and off... so she could text. I slowed down to a crawl and she started mouthing stuff in my direction and holding up both hands as in 'what are you doing?'.

3 miles behind some complete Tard of a woman in some Kia Faux x4 thing on the A258 coming out of Deal tonight.
She was coming up the hill out of town in very thick fog as I came to join the road. f
k me, I thought, the lights on that car are really st, I waited for her to pass me pulled out behind her & she had no lights on the back illuminated at all.......I then spent the 3 miles heading towards Dover flashing my headlights at the stupid moronic cow, when there was no oncoming traffic, to try & alert her to the problem. I really don't see the point in these lights, save for a manufacturer showing off what they can do with some LED's.
If we are to have DRL's can't we just have the cars head & rear lights working, just like my old 56 plate Volvo V70?
I had a woman in a C3 Picasso (without DRL) drive behind me with no lights on, I flashed my rear fogs, switched lights off and on, car behind her was flashing as well as a couple of oncoming cars, at some lights she pulled along side me, I opened my window and told her, she waved her arms to say WTF, my lane moved before hers and she finally realised what was up when I pointed at her headlights. I don't understand how you don't notice there's no beam of light in front of your car, and your interior is dark except the dials which for some reason light up like a christmas tree lights or not.
Also a special mention to a middle aged man in young people clothes driving a B-Class 'AMG' who pulled out without looking onto a 50 road(blindly followed the car in front, who was a little close but floored it), making me brake to 20, I flashed, he shook his fist and pointed at the 50 sign (at this point we'd got up to 30), I gave a quick clap of my hands to appreciate his genius.

Had 3 last night all in the space of 10 minutes in Nottingham and the usual on my trip back to London Tonight
I was driving into Nottingham about 3.30pm the first was a women in a golf who was waiting to turn right and join the carriageway.
Its a 40 limit on the a52 heading into town, i eased off slightly i could see she looked left but not in my direction. She started to pull out, saw me less than 100 yards away and stopped and waited untill i was about 30 yards away and pulled out. Full emergency stop from me with abs on. There was no reaction from her i'm not even certain she realised how close i was.
Just bit further on where the road splits to go over lady bay bridge or towards Trent bridge i was heading towards Trent Bridge, a tt in an old ford galaxy came shooting out of the side road. He made no attempt to slow down or look. I gave a quick blast on the horn to warn of my presence as i was lucky he did not t bone me as he was only a car length in front of me.
This must have woke him up, As he served and mounted the pavement just missing a lamp post.That was another test of my brakes.
Another 5 minutes on and i had to laugh at this last one.I was going past the train station another golf went to turn into the drop off bay. Somehow they totally missed the entrance and went over the kerb and came to rest against a road sign.
I was glad when i got indoors as the Nottingham drivers were even worse than normal.
Coming back tonight bimbling along on the A1 with cruise on i Over take a early 1 series bmw.
They then overtake me and slow down.
When we get on the 3 lane section i go to over take again. He then speeds up when i'm over taking i end up giving it a bit of welly to pull away and he promptly slows down again.
He then dosent catch me up for nearly 20 miles when he blasts past going off into the distance.

Wearing a grey terry-towelling 'tt cape' with the hood up, thereby eliminating peripheral vision. Check.
Speeding at a roundabout (that I was already on), entering at "I've no intention of slowing or stopping mph". Check.
Driving an unroadworthy st-heap. Check. No offside rear lights at all. Tail and stop lamps both out, and will probably remain so until August, when the hoodie-wearing twunt at the wheel will bh and whine as his 'immaculate, innit bruv' piece of crap inevitably fails the test. As it has since it's third MOT!!! And in 2010 it failed for both offside AND nearside 'stop lamps' not working.
...and is 115bhp really all that a 2 litre petrol Golf GTi makes???
My fking Mondeo is faster, quicker to 60mph,and I pay half the VED and get nearly twice the fuel economy. In a vastly more comfortable, well appointed car.
Not the first time I've noticed this car either, but this morning really made me think "knob!" because he was mostly hidden from view by queuing 'straight ahead' traffic as he thundered onto the roundabout ahead of me. I was lucky to get a glimpse of him between queuing vehicles, enough to gauge his speed and react by braking, else I think he'd have definitely 'T' boned me. All this on a morning when it was -2°c and foggy in patches. So, Mr Crappy-GTi, you need to calm the fk down, and leave home earlier in the morning. Leaky shocks, binding brakes, leaking fuel system, worn and out-of-shape tyres, worn axle bushes? None of these faults (all recorded in your MOT history) leave me with any confidence that your car "handles" in any meaningful way. A bit like your driving really - utterly shocking, and well below par...

Had something very similar happen on the M25 a little while back. Come up behind some SUV thing and no lights on the back. As I passed I could see the DRLs were lit up but no good for anyone approaching from behind. Thing is the dash was lit up by default. My Mrs old Focus ('13) had dashboard that lit up whether the lights were on or not and I'm sure that's what people use to gauge it. When everything is dark inside the car rather than directly in front of them!! DRL's of any sort imo.....
By contrast, the knobs out on the road today, during my very brief ten minute drive to the train station consisted of various drivers with fog lights galore!
At one point I was sandwiched between a people carrier in front with the rear fogs on and a div in a Fiesta with his fronts on behind me. There was zero fog, no rain, nor mist nothing. Yet I aw 3-4 cars with fog lights on!
