So I played Best Of The Best Supercar Competition and.. WON!
Discussion
OP is leading this board on a merry chase.
An innocuous example of terrible grammar made me dig into his post history which I'm not ashamed to say filled me with a lunchtime's worth of entertainment. I know there has been legit winners here before, but basically, this guy is highly suspect and I wouldn't believe a word he says. Here's a summary:
November:
Is 20/21 years old.
Joins the board wanting to travel in convoy with exotica owners to Sloane St to get "papped" by kids.
Elsewhere says he currently owns a MkV Golf R32. He is selling it for approx £12k but is scared of getting robbed selling privately. Gets knuckles rapped for advertising car in the thread.
He wants to use the money from the car (now £15k) to start a charity while part time working and in part-time education. Knows nothing about charities but is not in it for profit and will pay himself only 100s of pounds.
Then decides its a bad idea and wants to put it towards a house instead.
December:
Wants to sue bank because his debit card was used fraudulently. Got the money back and everything, but it didn't cover the hundreds of pounds worth of mobile phone calls it cost him to sort. Whole thing had him so stressed he became suicidal and quit his job.
January:
Sells R32, has the £15k, and buys a 1.4 Polo Twist. Wants to invest the £15k into a business, either his own (websites) or an existing start up. Manages to plug a bullst survey website he likes, and also an ice cream shop. Come to think of it, that would be a good business, wouldn't it? Is told £15k is not going to go too far in that world. Gets some good advice.
During the course of thread, suddenly sells an existing clickbait website he owns for another £15k so now has £30k to play with.
February:
Enquires about parts for a "friend's" 1.4 Polo Twist. No replies.
Enquires a few weeks later about parts for "his" 1.4 Polo Twist. Is wanting to get the job done on the cheap.
April:
Wins BoTB last Wednesday. Provides advertorial, and takes the money and gets £47k. Wants an RS3 ex-demo maybe and to put the money toward a house.
Is now sitting on £77k at 21 years old.
Reveals gambling habits.
Saturday - Reveals interest in purchasing a new car but has issue with the logbook. Car in question is a Mk5 Golf R32 for £14.5k....

Let's be honest here, this post is nothing short of desperate plea to earn brownie points by spouting a majority of bull****.An innocuous example of terrible grammar made me dig into his post history which I'm not ashamed to say filled me with a lunchtime's worth of entertainment. That R32 chap that you claim was me has nothing to do me whatsoever. If you would like to believe otherwise then that's your bloody problem. DEAL WITH IT.
Everything else that I've mentioned above is indeed true, I sold the r32 in January and I bought the polo off a friend who needed the cash as he was skint, I didn't have transport, it was one owner, good condition so I thought it would be a good project to take on.
Let's just get's this straight, you are nothing short of a tosspot with nothing else better to do. You my friend are nothing short of a green eye troll that craves the attention. That's a mental condition and I urge you to seek professional help at the earliest opportunity before there is no hope for that fragile mind of yours.
I do not have to prove nothing to you or anyone else for matter. The fact that you took time out to write this dumb post, searched previous posts of myself shows what a utter complete tosspot you are, work harder my friend and you will never need to hate on others again.
Oh I'll just finish off by saying I have better things to do, such as thinking exactly what to spend close to 90k in my bank. Agh that feeling. H-A-T-E-R-S G-O-N-N-A H-A-T-E!
Chow my friend. Enjoy life, I know I'm going to!

Lol that escalated quickly.gif/
9/10 for the rant.
Ok so the rented r32 guy wasn't you. I believe you. However for your information over a year ago there was a guy that had exactly the same experience even down to the fuel iirc.
So it seems this dodgy bloke didn't learn his lesson if it was the same guy renting it out.
Ps I have not suggested that you are living but if true you do have a gambling problem. Enjoy your cash.
Longblackcoat what makes you think he's lieing? How could he get that picture with the crosses on if he is?

No idea, and I may be wrong, but I've seen so many Walter Mittyesque fantasies posted on here over the years that I'm inordinately suspicious of people who just keep getting hit with the lucky stick. First people complain that it's advertising as if BotB would use a gambling addict as a fake winner despite having a person every week who'd happily sing their praises due to winning a fking car. Then we have a guy whose name matches the similarly aged winner and he provides some evidence alongside some other specific details and for what gain if he's lying?
I'm lost.
I'm lost.

OP is buying a R32 not the RS3 he wanted on sunday
OP is buying a Matchbox model, more likely. Obviously with £90k in the bank (which another poster had worked out, based on heroic levels of man-maths, but which curiously equated to exactly the amount of gain Walter had made), he could buy all sorts, but hey, he's sticking with an R32.
Yep, and I'm the Pope.

Also been on here before on another name.
Unless there were two people who rented an r32 got pulled by the cops turned out dodgy renter did not have insurance but got let off.
Anybody remember that thread? I'm sure it was more than 5 months ago.
