It did seem like they knew each other, I'm guessing this spilt over from a previous occurrence or deal gone bad, highly likely

There is an underclass of scumbags whose entire culture is empty, antisocial and destructive. I don't think London would be prosperous without drugs and ... a property market awash with money laundering
