They have seen this on internet videos, also they like to cock their heads like an intrigued Spaniel and say "You wanna be a bad man" repeatedly whilst getting right in your face, which is, for most an act of bravado seemingly not based on any actual prowess and anyone half decent would make mincemeat of them.
I've seen similar between two middle age country bumkin white men in Swindon to be fair. Although they kept their midriff under clothes and managed not to let their foot "slip" through panic (I can see that being used in court!)

I'd agree with some earlier who said these 2 likely had an altercation further up the road. Either 1 cut up the other or looked at him funny and the resident stripper hammered down the bus lane and pulled in front for a fight but the other guy didn't stop in time.

I'm white and have lived in London all my life. It's not just blacks that behave like this. I've seen plenty of white boys kick off in Romford, Dagenham etc.... I also see plenty of asians kick off East London. It's just the demographic of London, it's hugely mixed. The colour of your skin does not determine how much of an ahole you are.
And funny those of you talking about immigration, these guys will be 2nd or even 3rd generation from people who came to the UK in the 50s and 60s. Post war we needed these people and as such they are British citizens like you or I. No amount of immigration control is going to change that, so that point is completely irrelevent and just shows how ignorant some of you really are.
As for these idiots, they unfortunately buy into the ghetto subculture in which they have to act hard and behave like tts. It's all about image, they don't want to lose face in front of others, thats why they pimp out a 5 year old 320i and behave like this.

The two chaps are guilty selfish behaviour, stupidity and disregard for anyone else including their own children.
Walking away would have made one of these guys the bigger man who would have been admired for doing the right thing. Instead we see puffed chest caveman trying to dominate caveman. The poor girl pulled from the car was terrified, and now mum has to try explaining to her why daddy is such a knob.
