I dont see how anyone can justify assaulting someone filming them in public. Likewise I dont buy the 'nonce' cries just because some kid happens to be present. Personally i just think the dwarf in the RR didnt like being caught acting in a way he knew was wrong.
Typical response from someone in the wrong. Like the type of dumb st that will cut you up then give you the finger.

This thread is full of bellends, not just the 2 in the video.

Leaving your diesel engine running whilst pedestrians walk by??? Why?? Not being able to park in a disabled bay whilst your ill father pops in for 2 mins because "its the rules, must never break them even when causing nobody a problem" why??

Assaulting? My gosh.

He grabbed his wrist!

Whether legal or not, people don't like their kids being filmed by strangers.

I thought the RR driver was quite restrained; he didn't lose his cool at all.

Has anyone ever posted a video of one of these encounters where the miscreant is contrite?

Other than at the point of a knife/gun/club.

I think I enjoyed the tags to the video as much as anything else.

Now forgive me if I misunderstand what tags are used for, but would someone searching for the last one really be hoping to stumble across this video? I suppose everyone is different.

I think the best possible outcome from that video would have been the bloke in the Range Rover getting out and punching him in the face. A broken nose for one and a night in a police station for the other might have made the pair of tts consider their actions a bit more laugh

He jumped out of his car and grabbed a person who walks with sticks while swearing at him. I don't call that restrained.

Restrained would be winding down the window, apologising and moving his car to one of the many normal spaces behind in the car park behind. That or simply just ignoring the guy with the camera.

On the other hand, restrained would also have been knocking on the window, and politely asking if he would be kind enough to move as he is in a disabled bay and that the bay was required by a disabled driver....

As opposed to getting out the camera, goading the guy for a response......and getting a response he didn't want.

Each as bad as the other.

Should he be parking in that bay? No.

Does that give the cameraman the right to act the way he did? No again.

If you go looking for a fight, be prepared to find one. Simple.

Both brain dead in my opinion.

Is this the 'differently abled' version of the lycrist's 'helmet cam looking for confrontation so I can put it on the internet' thing?

The two in the video are bell ends. Just because you walk with sticks it doesn't mean you have a 'not a knob' pass.

Nope - I'm with you. Standing at his window calling him a self indulgent prick isn't likely to influence a positive outcome

No. you're not the only one, I agree.
I think the driver edges it by getting out and physically assaulting a guy.

Able-bodied people who park in disabled bays are selfish dheads and the same sort of people who throw litter out of the windows of their cars.

Technically an assault yes.... but it was all a bit 'handbags' really. I think if you shout and scream at someone in the street and call them a retard and a prick, then you need to accept that something not very nice may happen to you as a direct result of that.

If only more people had the gumption to point to the error in peoples parking in such circumstances. The alpha will perhaps see that they are not so and act in a more conducive way that allows a nicer society.

I think in a nicer society these errors would be pointed out without resorting to horrible language in front of someone elses kids smile

+1

And videoing the event and using language designed to cause confrontation and make for a good you tube clip

Yes I'll agree with that but he also gets extra points for dropping the p bomb smile
