Group Buy on a lease deal?

Like some folk, I check in every now and again into the lease deals thread to see if there is anything that could tempt me into a lease for my next car. I'm assuming a few could be in a similar position whereby they would be prepared to lease if they knew they were getting a cracking deal - which got me thinking.....
Disregarding for a minute the logistics of picking a specific model, with specific options etc. How would a leasing company or even a dealer view a group buy order of 10 - 30+ cars on a lease deal?
Would they treat the order as a fleet? Are the prices that much different for fleet orders? I've got to think that a volume order would drive the overall lease cost down.
Obviously the group buy ethic is based upon everyone ordering the same thing, which when it comes to what brand, model, trim level etc could be a nightmare. But I'm sure if the deal is good enough people will be somewhat flexible on preferences?
