Tragic - but you can't buy taste! Which is probably why LR is still going.
But seriously how effective is this sort of bendy roofless thing going to be off-road - and that was surely LR's key USP? (Emphasis on the word "was").
Pointless blingy tat for your local blingest t**t!

Same one passed the cafe in Kineton about 3 weeks ago. I was too slow with camera.

I wouldn't buy a convertible Range Rover Evoque, but having driven thousands of miles in an Evoque SD4 (the name of the trim spec escapes me, but it wasn't the top one) I wouldn't mind driving one of those. I don't care if people think that that emasculates me.

I'm sure I read somewhere that using a handheld phone behind the wheel was an offence.

He'll have to berate the passenger for waving a mobile infront of his face, no doubt. hehe

I think she did well. I told her to make sure my face was not in the pics.

God, can you imagine the UK car marketplace if it was down to PH, loads of V8 barges and sportscars sat unsold.

Lighten up, the UK making stuff people actually wants, you all moaned (and still do) about Rover and how alledgedly crap the cars were, now stuff is being made that is sellign well here and globally and we want to "kill it with fire" (God I hate that term).

Ok, maybe it isnt for you but you arent a 28 year old female called Sara (at least during the week) as you see Sara gets major kudos off her mates for her Evoque Convertible as we would on here for a 12 year old BMW or something we knocked up in a shed.

I think some actually dont mind it that much, but doth protest too much, its like some are telling us how much of a hardcore petrolhead they are by not liking a trendy ladies Mini SUV, I can hear the pipes being tapped, bears stroked and real ale being downed, nobody will make you buy one, it is optional. To be honest if my wife wanted one, she is as anti as you lot on the subject (but came home wanting an Audi A3 having got a lift in one, I pointed out it was a Q3 she arrived in but hey) she could have one, it is called choice, I choose ridiculous, thirsty wked out Japanese Convertibles and "Sara" probably thinks look at that sad tosser.

The convertible makes sense, why not freshen up the range and drag in even more sales, even if the profits go to India, its more work, it helps with the GDP and perhaps part of the reason we have not gone even further down the tubes.
