Modern car design languages don't scale up particularly well. They're supposed to be sharp, efficient shapes, but on an SUV it looks completely wrong. Porsche has stuck to more rounded shapes for the Macan/Cayenne and they actually look pretty respectable.

No, you're all wrong.

The ugliest car on sale in the UK is the Fiat 500L

A big fat ugly turd of a car with a fiat 500 front end stuck on.

A million times Yes!
Agreed. With honourable mentions to the Pug 3008 and Alfa Mito.

LGot to be the new Bentley flying spur. I had the misfortune of following one on the M6 over the weekend. I had to pull off two junctions early just to get away from its hideous arse! It's worse in the flesh

Designed for people aspiring to a Bristol. Almost as ugly.

Although thankfully no longer in production, the previous generation of Peugeots with the horrifically styled gawping front ends remain the most offensively ugly cars currently on the roads.

The Q7 isn't actually terrible looking, but the rear end is just very wonky.

The rear just looks like someone tried to make a tall saloon car, then shunted the boot in, and decided to leave it as it is.

Honestly, if I needed a big 4x4 to transport kids about in, I'd go for an XC90, at least it looks halfway decent.

I think that looks quite cool for a white good. I'm glad Citroen are making weird cars again after the Xsara years. Then again I'm one of the few on PH who actually like the Juke.

It's not beautiful or ugly but it is different and therefore interesting.

Yes I agree and I do admire it in many ways but since someone mentioned the 911 thing I just always only seem to see that.

I didn't like the old Q7 but this is just... well square. William Towns would have been proud.
