You're either a funny man - or have no sense of irony (or indeed a spell checker!).

Have a good weekend.
Hi Pugsey, thank you for your well wishes which I wish you in return, I think being Japanese and speaking very small English yes I miss things and Irony has never been a studied art in my country . We Japanese excel at indirect communication, but do it though extreme tact and understatement, rather than irony. Where in U.K you say it as it is in Japan somethings would be so rude to say and disrespectful you would be out cast. Irony: “the intended meaning of a statement differs from the meaning that the words appear to express.” It would probably be very difficult to explain water to a fish, because water is all around it.

The Japanese decision-making process and vocalisation comes to a consensus we minimizing visible conflict, not by deliberately stirring the pot as you say in the west. Iit does not mean we don't think it but to say it would be extremely rude. I am attempting to be more rude to fit in, on several posts I have told people they are crazy or mental and I think they stupid view, I know english call this banter! Thank you again for your coaching Pugsey and I follow your remarks so to get this banter right!

I was having a little friendly fun at your expense after your post suggesting someone else had misspelt something contained it's own howler!

Lived in you beautiful country for 10 months some time ago and still visit/do business there - so familiar with your different ways.

Long may we enjoy our differences yet be united by our common interest in all things 'petrol head'.

Edited several times to, er, correct spelling/typos.boxedin

Seriously, all these people in this thread and others fapping over her. Except it's not really a her, is it?

Head to her FB page, scroll through old profile pics.

Is that a pic of Chesney Hawkes? No, it's 'her', but that certainly is an adam's apple you can see.
