I genuinely hadn't, as I don't engage in drag races with my 4 year old daughter and pregnant wife in the car. He was nowhere near even completing an overtake. If I was to suddenly brake to let him past then I would have pissed off others behind. He sounds like a t

I blame the driving instructor mostly. Based on the signs and the positioning of the range rover it was quite obvious that he wanted to get across, he indicated and started to move into the space. Only for the camera car to try to block the move, like a tt.
No need to keep chasing the guy either. Personally if I was the range rover driver I wouldn't have got out of my car though, I would have taken a deep breath and forgotten about it.

If the Driving Instructor did that in the States he would of been shot !.....he should of know better.

Odd why the Range Rover sat at the lights for a while never indicating, then as the lights turn green indicates and forces the issue a little bit, so he is in the wrong. The driving instructor is just as bad and but rather than heeding he tries to hold his line and stops the guy from moving across.

So if I've understood correctly, the dash cam car pulled out in front of the Audi which was in the left-hand lane. The Audi takes evasive action (into the right hand lane) only for the dash cam muppet to pull straight into the right-hand lane, consequently being hit by the Audi?
Looks like the Audi was carrying some speed but the actions of the dash cam car are wholly to blame imo. The two manoeuvres (turn left, then signal and move right) should have been completely separate. Crazy.
