Not UK and helmet cam, but the guy on the bike clearly is the helmet. Someone wants to go faster but he decides to police the road, refusing to move over. Then when in traffic later, decides to get off his bike, assault the driver of the car and smash his window. Motorbike then speeds off.

Scooter rider is a cretin. Created the problem then reacted like a knuckle-dragging moron. Car driver wasn't blameless but why ride in a manner which is clearly winding someone up? Let them go past and become someone else's problem.

Agree....but the worst thing a car can do to make a biker feel "nervous" is to tailgate.

I had that in London twice where I was bumped twice, once giving me hellish neck pain for a few days BC (Before-Compo}

In this scenario if the scooter rider was feeling nervous he had ample opportunity to move over - but in reality he clearly wanted a confrontation which he then escalated very quickly. All for dem lovely youtoob viewz.
