Their standard of driving is so, so bad. So many that just stray off the side of the road. UK videos tend to be be people acting like selfish s but nearly all of those are people not paying attention.

Some solid Australian swearing in that one.

One thing that occurs to me, there is some terrible driving on the uk videos but it's mostly swearing and near misses. The russian, US and Australian stuff is mostly crashes.

Yeah I think we are pretty good driving nation for paying attention on the road. Where as clips from other countries are so often as a result of tailgating and just not paying attention.

Drove an Ozzy around Cambridge a couple of weeks ago and he was shocked how polite we are on the road on the whole.

Everywhere else it seems to be lack of attention or driving too fast for the conditions, here it's people being fking tts to each other on purpose.

Here's one from my recent road trip to UK and back, Fiesta driver being a little daft. To be fair that's the only incident in the whole trip, in general I've found the road manners pretty good.

Was the tractor indicating right, I can't see in the video?

Sorry for not mentioning this - yes, the tractor started indicating well before turning.

Was the tractor indicating?

It didn't look like it, at first it appeared the tractor pulled over to let traffic past.

He was indicating, but no lights on the trailer. I would have thought you'd be able to see the indicators on the tractor, but still. Not very good on the tractor driver's part not having indicators on the trailer at the end of the day.

It is indicating when the fiesta is alongside it. Can't make it out before hand but agricultural vehicles (and cyclists) really do bring out the best of the impatient cocks we have that frequent our roads.

Anyone with half a brain would question why a tractor would be stopping right at the entrance to a field, shame the Fiesta got away with it really.

Not obvious from the video, but the tractor did indicate and I was waiting for it to turn - then I remember being surprised by the Fiesta going through, if you look closely you could see I'm starting to follow Fiesta for a split second as I thought the tractor driver changed his mind and wasn't actually turning (I couldn't see his indicator behind Fiesta at that exact moment). Then Fiesta moves out of the way and it's clear that the tractor is still indicating.

The Fiesta driver was very impatient.

Tractor at least partially to blame. I would think long and hard before pulling left like that before swinging right. It looked to all the world like "Go past!" unless you could see the indicator. An arm out of the window and keeping an eye on the traffic behind would have been sensible!

Surely there should have been rear lights on that 'trailer'?

Strange comment and a strange attitude.

The tractor had a non-illuminated trailer and some decidedly unclear road positioning. The Fiesta was impatient, but to suggest Farmer Giles was an innocent party in that situation is wrong.

I think they were BOTH very lucky to get away with it.
The driver is clearly an impatient moron. Anyone with common sense would have waited for a second just to see what the tractor's intentions were but no, the second the tractor slowed down with an indicator on, off they went.

I think I would be filling my pants if I was in that Juke!

Eh?

Tractor is indicating well in advance in that vid (although the vid makes it hard to see) then begins to slow down. Tractor is completely blameless.

Fester driver is too close, definitely can't see round the tractor to safely pull out in the way they did either.

The juke / lorry vid is mind boggling. The juke is driving with their eyes closed.
