Here's one from my recent road trip to UK and back, Fiesta driver being a little daft. To be fair that's the only incident in the whole trip, in general I've found the road manners pretty good.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnwGJYR-9Gc
If that had been a collision I'd have put that 100% tractor
Its got blinking orange lights on both sides of the cab top, so you dont reallu know what its going to do. Its kindly pulled over to the left on a straight piece of road with traffic behind. Who wouldnt assume that was to let traffic past?
Then without checking its turned right across overtaking traffic
Actually it did check luckily but very late
It's also got indicators on top of the wheelarches and at the top of the cab, so you can tell what it's going to do. It's towing a piece of machinery and it slows opposite a field entrance, and indicates right. I wouldn't assume it was pulling over to let traffic past.
If you live in Lincolnshire you expect and anticipate tractors turning pretty much everywhere yes

Camera car was ridiculously close. He had a fraction of a second between the van swerving and him having to do the same.

If the van had hit, I don't think the camera car would have swerved enough to clear it at such short notice.

Camera cars driving is just as bad as the van in front.

Had plenty of time to reduce his speed by a couple mph to increase the gap. Instead he was too bothered by someone pulling in front of him and continued to tailgate to try and prove some sort of point.

Both were very lucky!

That's an area that is currently a 50 limit and lots of visibility. No excuse for any of that....

If you watch the full video, he was opening up a gap just not quickly enough.
Probably something I'm guilty of TBH, I tend to just come off the accelerator rather than brake when that happens.

Lucky there was nothing in the middle lane.

I think I would be filling my pants if I was in that Juke!
Can't tell for certain from the video, who changes lane the Juke or the Truck? The Juke is visible and appears to be still in the inside lane when the transit brake lights come on.

This is the point where the Juke gets hit. That, combined with seeing the lorry indicating left and starting to move across makes it pretty clear that the lorry changed lanes, not the Juke. This is exactly why I never put myself in a position where I'm inside an HGV when joining a multi-lane road like that. I always make sure I can either accelerate ahead of it, or hang back and go around it the long way!

Van driver obviously not paying attention, but the dashcamer blaming the van for his own near miss, when he restriction his own view by tailgating it. No innocent parties in that one.

A very lucky escape!! No doubt engrossed with Faceache on his mobile. rolleyes
I'd say cam-vehicle was following a bit close too which is why the van was 'blocking' his view

A couple of things there.
The van also had it's vision limited by the large MPV/4x4 with blacked out windows ahead of it.
We're assuming the van didn't deliberately leave it to the last moment, to try and catch out the camera car.
The camera car had been backing off from the van before the swerve. He tailgated for a bit, but does start leaving more gap a while before the "swerve".

If you look ahead up the road you can see the stopped car with its hazards flashing from the beginning of the video. The camera car driver should have seen it then and the van driver should have seen it and stayed in the middle lane.

I get the feeling something happened before the start of that video.

Did the dashcamer not see the truck driver walking over to Merc with a purpose and swinging his arms.

Then the video stops before he emerges around the truck, so we miss the conclusion as well.
