MLMs, innit? Pretty standard stuff, surely?
I presume you mean Middle Lane Morons and nothing to do with Multi Level Marketing?;);)

Why would you do such a thing? I'm genuinely curious to know.
I'm just guessing, but, he is a moron who has absolutely no regard for his, or anyone's safety on the motorway.

People have probably told him in the past he looks like Vinnie Jones, so is playing up to the hard man image.

Dangerous lunatic could have caused a mass pile up. A prat of the highest order. (Shame really because they do some really nice loft conversions - but would anyone employ that idiot after seeing that? I wouldn't.
I'm struggling to understand your thought process :

- "that's very bad driving, what an utter twunt. Hmm, I know, I'll run his reg through the DVSA MOT checker!"

What exactly were you hoping/expecting to achieve here? confused

Not dashcam but whatever, old duffer thought it would be okay to drive with a tyre hanging off the rim with the tyre pulling the bumper off. Utterly moronic. Second car in 2 days I've seen driving with a mashed up flat tyre, retards.

I once flagged down a woman in a mini in an open carpark, told her that the rear inside wheel wasnt going round, she said was it dangerous, told her well it will burn out the tyre apart from other stuff.

She said what shall I do, I told her that as she was in the car park, park up and call a garage, she thanked me and drove out still pulling the stationary wheel with her. Maybe she has upgraded her mini biggrin

One would be forgiven for thinking that the ability to spell should be a prerequisite for a career in journalism

It's an HGV, you can see what it is reflected in the back of the van at the 13 second mark, so it's not allowed in lane 3. Plus there was stuff coming past. The driver didn't have the luxury of being able to nip into the outside lane and accelerate quickly past in the vehicle he was driving.

Car? Was it not a lorry? HGVs are unwelcome in Lane 3 of a 3-lane motorway!

I have different moods, sometimes it's trance sometime rave, sometimes 80s/classical/rock, sadly I didn't think, st I better listen to something that the people on the internet will like biggrin it might have been the rhythmic state but its most likely early 90's hardcore. I was equally ribbed for listening to Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1 in this clip

What makes you think it was a 3 lane motorway in the video when it quite clearly shows 4 lanes confused and the inside doesn't look too have slip markings.

For real? You work as a HATO and 1) can't read the signs clearly visible in the video and 2) clearly have no clue which lanes HGVs can use, plus 3) there is always a width restriction in the outer most lane in roadworks like that.

I guess that sums up why the road network is in such a state with people like you running it. rolleyes

When brought to a halt, the lorry and the cretin in front were in the centre lane of a 3-lane motorway. What had been Lane 1 of a four lane motorway had become a two lane slip road.

It's M60 J18 clockwise at Simister Island. It's 4 lanes all the way from J16 then lane 1 splits into 2 lanes for the M66 and M60 continuation with the outer 3 lanes becoming the M62 eastbound.

The legality matters a lot.

If a scrap dealer bought this van last week, and was smoking around in it, no MOT or Tax, it would explain why the guy was a complete chunt. IE: It isn't registered to him and he can behave like a complete ass with no fear of consequence.

However a quick check, because I can, says the the vehicle is taxed(therefore not sold, tax now not being transferable)therefore still owned by by APC builders.
