I think that one if not the best/worst UK one I have seen. The first few clips are gems.

Only two places on earth this could happen. Russia or Liverpool...
That was mental, I can't fathom anyone who thinks that kind of behaviour is acceptable...

I do wonder at times.....as IF no one has made a lane error before.....yet so many hit the horn and get angry

What wrong with "OK mate, I am happy to let you correct the error.

A fair amount of good anticipation and evasion in it too. Can't believe the learner biker didn't get mashed at the end.

What's wrong with realising you're in the wrong lane, so going back round one more time rather than risking an accident? If I was in the VW, I'd have done another lap rather then just cutting across and hoping for the best.

That's a good point. I also tend to find that quite often roundabouts are poorly signposted.
Road markings are all very well, until there are cars stopped over them...

When I first moved over from SA, I made some mistakes due to poor signage, much of which was designed by someone with local knowledge.

It didn't help when I was once faced with two signposts - one said M62 (E) the other said M62 (W) - however, as a foreigner new to the area at the time, I didn't know if I wanted to be going east or west.... spin

I think what annoys people is the making of your problem my problem. The thing to do, if one finds oneself in the position of being in completely the wrong lane at a roundabout, is to go around again and correct the error. One accepts the 'admonishmemt' of a few wasted seconds as penance for poor planning and observation.
What this chump did was to fk it up all on his own, then make others pay for his mistake by simply carving across lanes.

It's not about driving, it's about the erosion of personal responsibility and the social contract. I'll grant you, that's a lot of weight and sociological importance to impart into such a minor act, but I certainly believe it to be a fair 'scaling-up'.

I am with you on this. "My problem so now yours" is the modern way, unfortunately. "I am poor so I can steal things". "It isnt my fault I am stupid, so let me lead the Labour Party", etc.

I think it's fine to shove your indicator on to 'ask' if you can come across, and if someone does it's rather rude not to oblige them. However, you need to have some acknowledgement before actually doing it, and that's something you can't really achieve if you need to cross more than one lane in quick succession. The camera car does as he should and leaves him a gap because he can see the indicator, the problem come when he tries to cross the outside lane with little warning, if you surprise people like that you're going to get a reaction

I would as well, however when it happens why so much anger ?....as said I don't understand the benefit the angry ones get.

Rule 170 - watch out for pedestrians at crossings, if they have started to cross they have right of way, so give way. You failed to do this, this is a clear violation of the highway code and I shall be contacting the local authority on this matter. As you cant observe such a blatant example of the rule you clearly couldn't comprehend that the jag had started its manoeuvre before you turned onto this road. Therefor the Jag has right of way, but you proceed at wreck less speed towards him. I would appreciate if you could forward me your contact details, thus so to speed up the police investigation into the matter.
