Try the A3 in Surrey near jct 10 of the M25; a 3 lane motorway in all but name, I see cyclist on there frequently, they are allowed but anyone who cycles on that road has a deathwish, my dads friend was killed on the A3 on his bike 20 odd years ago.https://plus.google.com/117962094226466871841

I could upload about 20 'incidents' every time I ride or drive if that's how low the bar is set. Probably some from other people on the road as well.
