That road layout is insane. I can see why the woman thought she had priority/ didn't see the van. Not saying she was in the right, but what a stupid layout.

Whilst the golf was seriously out of order, the camera car doggedly defending his "its my right of way" really needs to shake his head and back off when faced with a muppet.

I wonder why we bother with cycle boxes when they do this? If cyclists want us car drivers to behave then they should damn well keep to the rules themselves!
Chicken and egg then.
No excuse for the cyclists going through the red lights, but what level of compliance with the rules do "us car drivers" expect from cyclists before "us car drivers" start behaving? Or maybe we should ALL start complying, irrespective of other road users?
Grow up will you, they took the risk. You did the right thing in leaving the cycle box free as cyclists like me use them, when the approach isn't blocked off or there isn't some tool in it fiddling on his phone, which is very often.

Sort out car behaviour in parallel with cyclists , but it's not going to happen as there are no police to govern the rules. Austerity cuts and all are having an affect.

As for car drives, some daft bint drove out of McDonald's on Saturday and kept edging onto the road while I was already cycling past forcing me to take evasive action, she then drove the car to my wheel while I waited at traffic lights, I have to admit I lost my rag at this point and asked her and her boyfriend to sop waving middle fingers and step out of the car.

OK, so you've had a rant at my post - now which bit do you disagree with?

An example, from this week, of not keeping to the 30 limit, and not taking the correct lane, just to save a few seconds. Daft pick-up driver but he got away with it, and didn't "impede" anyone, so does that make it right?

Probably not the smartest way to drive when your (or your bosses) mobile number is plastered across the back of the vehicle.

Dangerous driving from both of them. If the Golf hits an oncoming car and seriously injures someone, is the cammer still happy as Larry about leaving someone out in the oncoming lane? Complete bellend.

Whats stupid about it? At the end of the day it's still a roundabout whether the lights are working or not.
