Is this a joke?
Set the objective of buying a 'First Ferrari" for ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS, he dismisses them all and goes for a test drive in an Audi?? It'll be worth £30,000 in three years, whereas the 550 Maranello (which apparently isn't worth £100k) will probably be worth £250,000. Also, the 550 is a fabulous machine - the legendary Derek Bell says that it is one car he would never sell (along with his 924 Carrera).
It's a joke right - is it April 1st? We don't even get any shots of him driving it - which is great, because he'd probably have stacked it into a lamppost.
Worst content I have ever seen on a car website. Truly, genuinely awful.

Sucker in some potential first time Ferrari buyers to watch the video and get them to consider an R8 instead?
Would have been a nice video to watch actually, discussing the pros/cons of classic or modern Ferrari ownership, potentials for borkage with different models, difference between the v8/v12 cars.

Without meaning to sound mean, even that Schmee fella on youtube gets an unaccompanied test drive, Journo from the biggest motoring website (citation needed) cant get a decent drive in a second hand R8 ?

He should be sacked.
If I were given a remit by one of my clients to say manage the construction of a 50 storey office block and delivered them a two bedroom bungalow I would be sacked.
The guy is an idiot and should be sacked.
PH really need to up their game because they are trying to deliver journalistic articles and videos to enhance the PH appeal to a wider audience. Unfortunately they are failing massively. I have seen alot of the recent videos and articles on here recently and I would say 95% are appalling and painful to read or watch - true car crash territory - which is rather apt! This is probably the worst which is why I have had to comment.
Lets hope Clarkson, May & Hammond set up something decent preferably with a decent forum to offer the non mentals amongst us a decent alternative!
