Fault code list here:

The only one that matches is the first one, which is barometric sensor.
Get it on a scanner and have the fault codes cleared. See which ones re-appear.
Stop throwing parts at it - it needs accurate diagnosis / fault finding.
If you post to the website above they are a pretty knowledgeable bunch.
Most important find somewhere local thats going to do a proper diagnosis.

As crossy says - the vac lines are notorious on these.
Pull the engine cover off, then at about the 5 o'clock position from the oil cap there is a vacuum pump. There will be a couple of thin vac lines running from here to the boost control solenoid on or around the slam panel.
Make sure the vac lines are in good order - they tend to perish. This is a big cause of issues with these engines.

thanks guys had new swirl rod put on it originally was bouncing around in the engine looks like im gonna have to bite the bullet and take a trip to vauxhall
I had the same issue on my vectra. You're best off getting a set of blanking plugs of eBay and do away with the swirl flaps all together. Although you'll need a capable mechanic to remove and refit the inlet manifold. And spend many hours cleaning the gunk out of it!I had it at a liked garage and had all that work done they just couldn't pin point anything hence why I wasted another £85 to be told they didn't know what it was its just weird the way you start from cold perfect put your foot down great soon as you brake to slow down or stop the powers gone ive even turned engine off then on on moterway because struggling that much uphill
Personally, i'd check the way the car breathes.
Check the air intake, and as mentioned clean the MAF and MAP sensors.
Check the Lambda.
Check and Exhaust sensors.
Check the exhaust isn't blocked, or (if it has one) the DPF isn't destroyed.
It's something that appears to be reset when you switch the engine off. That (to me) would hint at a sensor/software fault rather than a hardware failure.
