Suggest a temporary daily - Anything goes!

So my daily driver and all round swiss army knife of a car "the pork" needs some love and will be coming off the road for a couple of weeks shortly to get new bits, paint etc.



At 16 years old it's hanging in there but if I don't do it now it won't get done until winter. Which means I can buy something completely stupid to use for a few weeks. Anything goes that's fun/interesting/massive/outrageous or a combination of all four of those.

Fuel is no issue and budgets £2K - help me out here because so far I've found a ratty Discovery with a lift, a colour changing Rover and a JAAAAAAAAAG none of which feel quite silly enough.

MG of some kind, probably get a ZT 190 for that money if you want some wafting or a ZS 180 if you want something a bit smaller both have the 2.5ltr V6 from a freelander so very reliable and make a good noise too.

£2k doesn't give much hope of something particularly swift or fun really. Might get a 3 series E46 330i? Would likely be pretty ratty though.

Swift doesn't matter I want stupid/amusing/funny. Like a length of seven series that's been painted lime green or a Disco on mahoosive wheels. At the moment the matt black Perodua above is tempting me!
