Lol!

Also - there is a dictionary built into the frigging web browser that picks up that spelling error, PH people. Please at least look for the red squiggly lines and check them at least, particularly if they're in your headline.

biggrin I agree the Aston-esque rear is ok, and from the side it's slabby but ok I guess. However the front is very wrong. I'm sure if a road going version was built, it would be far less extreme.

Woosh Parrot at the ready, but it is actually called Hommage, double m, by BMW? As was the M1 Hommage (which kinda sorta turned into the i8, if you stand on one leg, tilt your head and squint at it a bit).

I had a go at saving the front end. Love the rest of the car but the front wasn't 'CSL' enough for me... Thoughts? boxedin

I would love to have the PS skills to be able to do this... which by the way is a huge improvement to my eyes.

Fingers crossed some of these styling cues make it to the 2M CSl.
This looks good because of the proportions, just like every other good looking car. Styling "cues" on whatever bland heap BMW end up producing will be entirely horrible.

The only view that looks any good is the drivers side flank viewed from a second/third floor window ! This coming from someone who owns the finest model they (or anyone?) ever envisaged. The incomparable BMW E30.

Yep, separated at birth!

Clearly the BMW designers have been playing too much Angry Birds.
