What's the handling and traction like? In all the magazines articles I've read they say it's fast in a straight line but no one has described what it's like in the corners.
Yep this ^^^^

Again I can understand the point that it is mind alteringly fast but then so are a lot of other cars at this price point and in my experience once you get past a certain power level, fast is just fast so I don't really see it as a unique selling point.

What is of more interest to me is whether it puts power down properly, turns well, rides well and is screwed together properly, areas which for some reason I always think the Koenigsegg's may lack in. I could of course be mistaken as I haven't driven one but every video I've seen seems to indicate a lack of finesse and journo's who have driven them seem to agree.

The older ones had some quality issues - but these have all been ironed out as far as I can tell from the time I have spent in the cars.

The car handles and corners extremely well - possibly not as well as the 'holy trinity' do - but from the time I've spent behind the wheel of my business partners 918 and an Agera at the factory - I would definitely say the Agera is the most fun of the two.

Just not a fan.

The sound is awful, doesn't inspire you whatsoever.

The body additions look tacky as hell and the whole thing is just 'meh'.

I'm sure it's extremely fast albeit they'll never prove it, just merely claim how fast it is,

Shocking ignorance in all you've said there. Look into Koenigsegg and the Agera more before jumping to such conclusions.

+1 on the above, you really need to read up more they regularly back up any claims they make.

It'll be different I'll give you that and the red and white Agera R featured in a film I watched did look rather tasty, even though I'm not usually a fan.

Personally though if it were me, I'd be looking at the new Lamborghini Aventador SV instead which looks like a seriously tasty bit of kit and save myself quite a bit of money but I know that's not always the point, especially if your mate has a 918. wink

You are correct - but it will be possible to order the face lifted Agera with all of the 1:1 goodies on - so essentially the same car.

As Christian said to me...if I give him enough money he can build me a helicopter! hehe
hehe Excellent news! Best get those creative juices flowing and set up your configuration then! Out of interest, by all the goodies, do you also mean the engine mods leading to THAT power output?

Christian always comes across as a really nice guy in videos.

If the One:1 is really as fast as its made out to be, why couldn't it beat a Boggo standard Veyron at VMax? The Veyron is a 10 year old car now, and lets not forget the Supersport has an extra 200bhp over the standard car. But the One:1 couldn't even beat that with the Koenigsegg test driver behind the wheel and just a regular guy driving the standard Veyron?

Also, the Veyrons acheive their quoted bhp on standard fuel (well ok the shell vpower stuff), but the One:1 requires some pumped up bio-fuel to acheieve its quoted bhp.

I think a lot of people may have been a bit quick to write off the Veyron as the fastest car in the world. Plus the Veyron is a very useable car. I took one for a spin a few years back and you'd be amazed at just how easy it was to drive a 1000bhp hypercar.

The Veyron was tuned to ~1300 hp so more powerful than any other Veyron on planet earth bar none. Stock it was slower than the Eggs and all the hybrids. Was even slower than a 10 years old CCX with 200 less hp.

And the One:1 was running on regular pumpgas so didn't have to use E85 to beat this one-off...

Exactly.

Not that a standard Agera R is slow...

Having seen this video, it looks like it can go round corners.
