Heading away for the summer and I don't want to disconnect the battery and leave the car a) unalarmed b)risk messing up the computers. There's no security within the carpark only on entry/exit.

What could go wrong:
- Can people mess with the car, assumed it's locked the worst the could do is plug it out.. right?
- It's about 40c in our carpark (middle eastern summer) is there any risk of fire?
- Should I just disconnect the battery smile I'm going for 6 weeks?

The last item. The battery should be ok for 6 weeks. A quick charge up when you get back and Robert's your Mum's brother.
