RE: Singer 'reimagines' 911 Targa - details
Discussion
my. oh. my. I never wanted a targa. until now.
I love what Singer do. ok they backdate 964s, taking original 964s out of the gene pool. but for all that money you get a car as near perfect as possible, to judge by the pics and the reviews. a car that drives and looks like an early luftgekuhlt machine, but better, and furthermore, you don't have to baby it like you would an original 60s/70s car.
lottery win purchase? definitely.

Saw the pair of Singers at Goodwood today, the yellow hard top was tucked away in the supercar paddock. (sadly I'm no pro photographer and it was parked in shady spot.)
The targa however managed to secure a place on the lawn outside where it looked utterly beautiful sat with Ferraris, Bugattis and some Citreon DSs
Both of them have outstanding fit/finish but the targa just edges it for me

I'm afraid not,it's overly lowered and the wheels, especially the rears, are too wide with silly stretched tyres, rather like a pimply youths slammed polo.
I'm sorry but I have to disagree. All I see is automotive perfection. Stunning.jon- said:
