Paid someone to wash mine about 5 months ago, I think the wife's has gone straight through 12 months without a wash.

To the people who don't wash your cars, do you wash the windows at all other than screenwash?
I keep one of those wiper blade things in the car like they use at the carwash, and whenever I get to a wet car I wipe the water off all windows, mirrors and lights. I also ensure an appropriate concentration of screenwash for the time of year, topped up most weeks.

The daily cars, that live outside, about once a month. The garaged Jag - when the paintwork looks too dusty.

Tonight, only because it got dusty. Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing!

Some time last year. It's going for another one tomorrow though, as the weight of the insects on the bumper has increased dramatically over the last fortnight. I wash the windows then they get opaque dirt on them, which is thankfully infrequently.

It depends. In the filth of winter I wash it every other day. In summer, once a week.

Not sure about this. I'd say its been washed 3 times since I bought it 9 months ago and hoovered out once. My last car was washed and hovered every week, sometimes twice. That was my pride and joy which I loved, but this one , just isn't...biggrin

Once every couple of weeks or so. Driving a dirty car feels like wearing dirty clothes. It has to be done sometimes but I'd prefer to be clean.

I imagine people who never wash their car probably live in a sthole, wear cacky pants and don't give a flying fk what anyone thinks. wink

It's just painful, I will get if fixed though (uneconomic as it is).
No doubt they'll wash it then smile

Sunday. Although, technically, I didn't do it myself, I had it done in Tesco's car park.

Once a week do the Jeep in the drive. Lotus kept in garage is washed after every long trip.

It is probably better to leave a protective layer of dirt on the car.

We live about 200 yards from the North Atlantic; on any windy day, our house and cars get covered in salt spray; so I wash them at least once a week. Got all the kit so a bit geeky about it; more to protect them than win any shiny car competitions.

Same here. I last washed my car a month ago. Sod's law, everytime I do it fking rains! Perks of having a silver car, though, hardly ever looks dirty smile
