As above. Stolen by true key from Bishopbriggs Leisuredrome, East Dunbartonshire on 28/06/15. Violated changing room locket, rifled contents, found key and then off with car which just so happened to have my niece and nephew's baby seats in it. Also fitted with an unused tow ar and with a National a Trust sticker where road tax disc would have been.

Sounds perfect for leisurely picnics at heritage sites and caravan holidays. Not sure there's much interest for this piece of automotive white-good here though. Good job the niece and nephew weren't in their seats at the time.

Most likely about to be sold to a school run Mum in Albania.

It's not a rare car or one with any particular merit, claim on insurance, buy a suitably dull replacement and move on.

Good to see that the matter is being taken seriously by some replies. No it's not a hot hatch of a Range Rover but it's someone's property that has deprived a family of a car.

What do you think attracted the thieves to that car?

Nothing. Just luck that they found some keys when they broke in the locker.

It's very much like a mid-range Mercedes diesel saloon in that respect, isn't it?

I think it's been an opportunist thing and unfortunately it was by sister in law's car that was targeted.

Mid range? I thought the "C" stood for cheap and "E" for expensive.

... But then they had to locate the car ... so they just had to stand in the car park and press the button, and the car lights up for them. Not much of a security aid, these remotes are they?

Probably a good thing, I doubt it would fit.

OP, hope you get the car back.

Wasn't there a pinned thread for stolen cars on here? This would be better going there or it will be lost in the doldrums by tomorrow.
