There is a guy on here with 3 Dakar yellow BMWs:

BMW 840 Sport Individual
BMW Z3M Coupe
BMW M3 Evo Convertible

He tends to keep it quite quiet though wink

I have a thing for red cars.
if I may, of my R32:

I also have a thing for red cars now. I also have a 'thing' for audi's in Imola yellow and BMW's in their Individual Techno Violet, but one of my fave rare colour cars is Audi's Merlin Purple. Especially on an RS6 wagon.. yes please.

As far as I know, this is the only one ( which many will think is a good thing ) wink
I love that, it's been a favourite of mine since I first saw you post it a while back.

That is quite a common colour for old alfas I thought, unless people near me just have a thing for that colour

Or, indeed, PhoenixGelb - not so unusual on the M3, but the E39 M5?

What a gorgeous motor!
It's one of my favourite BMW colours. Yours looks beautiful too. Velvet blue is a shade I don't think photos do justice, looks far better on a sunny day in the flesh. Along with techno violet, another shade that's been mentioned a few times in this thread. Would love a e36 M3 or a e39 M5 in it cloud9

I've got a 99 328 AVUS coupe in AVUS blue, quite a rare colour nowadays especially on any post 95 non M beemer. According to my local dealership parts manager this colour was only present on M cars up to 95, the 328 AVUS edition and a handful of imported south african 318's.

I saw this in Nottingham (Sainsburys Local on Mapperley Plains) a couple of weeks ago. It must be a one off? You don't see that many M6 GC's let alone java green ones.

That really does look quite unusual in silver/grey!
Breakbeat Grey, now no longer available... Nor is it grey!
