This is hard to beat E34 Elekta, would love one but they only made 20 and all Italian market only (IIRC) 10 silver, 10 green.

Another of my favourites

Wasn't that RS6 Jaykay's car? Someone who lives near me has a collection of old Audis including one like that, but with a misspaced chav plate on it that sort of spells "Totty."

I'm not sure what shade of purple this is but it looks nice. There's a 6 Series for sale on BMW's site in the same shade and a few 3 Series.

There are a couple of 4 Series in the bright green too.

Following on the green theme.

I seem to be the only person on the planet to have an Octavia VRS in the World Rally Green.

Everyone on here has a blue one and all the sales reps have gone for appliance white or black.

Of course the really brave choice with the Oct is the yellow!

Mine with another subtly coloured car on a recent Wales jaunt.

and a pic from the internets of a yellow one.

Hopefully with so many people starting to lease and not care about making sure their car is residual white/grey or black we'll start to get some more interesting colours on the road.

Don't know if this is unusual enough, but the Cayman is mine and is 'peridot green' - Was only available on the Cayman R of which there are around 220 in the country and I think I read somewhere only around 40 or so are in the green. Love it beside the Orange McLaren - would love to upgrade to one of those some day...

Saw a Merc CLS in a fairly bright metallic blue on Saturday.

Not a colour I've seen before and a quick Google shows mostly wrapped matt ones, so I wonder if it was a wrap, but it really suited the car!

A nice change from the usual parade of silver or grey Mercs...

I think that is gorgeous. I had an old E28 525E in that color - looks better in the Flesh.

Another rare color on a car is an all-white Caterham, especially with clam shell wings. With the current trend for bright 'fizzy' colors with carbon bits you forget the classic white (like that Lotus Elise earlier in the thread). Of course, I'm a bit biased... biggrin

My father has a '00 Volvo V70R (265 PS, AWD, 5speed auto) in dark grey/anthracite.
I think they only ever did them in a handful of colour like laser blue and saffron.

Does anyone know how much they built? I remember the Volvo dealer insisted on it being a world wide one off..
Can't be many around surely, but is it the only one?

I can't even find a picture of a real current generation Range Rover with this paint, but several "Spectral" paint schemes are available through the Autobiography scheme and I saw one the other day.

Bit of a boring one, but on the way to work today I stopped next to a 64-plate Scirocco in (I'm 99% sure) this colour, Limestone Grey:

But I can't find any photos of Sciroccos in this colour, and it's not currently offered on the VW configurator confused
