The Roc is a good shout, I'm guessing the engine is pretty tuneable. The fiesta is a touch young for me, I'm 37 and should be growing up ha ha.

The TVR would be amazing, but I would imagine it could be a money pit.

M135is are high teens still. They were on my shopping list, but I've heard too many people on here say that they aren't very exciting.
Yeah just checked seem to be holding value quite well
Not exciting! I love mine on the B roads driving

I thought m135i were still sitting at 20 at the lowest. Not exciting or particularly hot hatch like is criticism all these cars currently being produced seem to attract TBH.

The scirocco has the ea888 vag engine and is indeed highly tuneable. Think more potent ED30.

That impreza hatchback thing they produced is also available for about half the budget.

I've seen them as low as 18k on autotrader. Few on there now under 20k,just.

I've heard the Subaru hatch has a habbit of blowing up it's engine.

5 grand on a mondeo diesel.

5k deposit on new v8 mustang.

5k in savings.

Money saved running mondeo goes towards stang.

You may have saved enough to buy it outright by the time it arrives! wink

On both counts
Pleasant surprise as well
I paid £24.5k for my M135i 16 months ago and have put over 30k miles on it since then
I was expecting mid teens TBH

3 years old, 16,000 miles and 3 owners!!!! What's actually wrong with the car! Thats quite short ownership by three people.

Could be dealer manager then the 1st proper owner, bought the OH a 14 month old C63 with 7300 miles on the clock with Three owners & it never missed a beat in the 4 years we owned it.

So I wouldn't see it as a problem.

Evo must think of it as a good platform to start with if they are going to turn it into a track car.

No not yet. I'm definately going to try a Megane, but only a CUP. I've only got about 14-15k though.
