News that will really please some people on here

Interesting that the offence was for illegal use of trademarks rather than anything to do with number plates per sehttp://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/Newmarket-man-sold...

Nope, not killjoys at all. It's the Platees fkuc the law attitude clearly demonstrated by the plate not the actual plate itself that's the problem.
Here in The Badlands that attitude always spills over into a notably high proportion of illegally plated cars abusing disabled or parent and child parking spaces, blocking junctions, parking on double yellows or the pavement causing chaos, jumping red lights, having bulbs out and front fogs dazzling everybody else or terminal lane hogging and suicidaly cretinous tailgating or generally driving like the self-centered egotistical bellend that anybody who believes their own vanity is more important than sticking to the legal format clearly is.
And no, there isn't a shortcut either. The current trend among the Essex Chavs seems to be taking all the spaces out of a quite unremarkable plate on a even more unremarkable car to imply the Platee is something special. No, believe me they really aren't.
Give me a Really Good plate worth many multiples more then the filthy and battered old Snotter it's on anyday. Having a Real Good plate and not giving even the very tiniest of tosses about it is the way forward IMO.
Steve, I'm genuinely becoming concerned about you fella. Read that back to yourself slowly please, you've really jumped the shark here. "Badlands"? Really? This is Essex you're talking about right?
You really believe that people shifting a letter 1 inch on their number plate are responsible for all the motoring nightmares you've listed in your paragraph of villainy?
Yes, chav plates are annoying and I understand completely why people point and laugh at them but you're really letting this twist your melon far more than is necessary Steve, I'm worried about you mate.
We don't live far apart, let's get together for dinner (I'll buy) and break this down before it tears you apart.

This mornings rash of Chavplates were spotted whilst crawling through chaotic traffic and parked and bored to tears waiting for Mrs JS to return from looking at girls stuff she neither wants or needs and certainly wouldn't even consider buying in the shops. Predictably enough she eventually strolled back with nothing apart from a lukewarm coffee and a nice cake from the bakers for me.
I knew for sure I'd never remember any of the plates by the time I got home so jotted them down - partly to contribute here but mainly cos I know how much it irritates br d
Anyone else seen this peach on eBay?!
Has fifteen hours left and as I type is unbelievably up to £950 with 49 bids.
And I mean unbelievable - I don't believe it! Something's going on...dodgy in my opinion.
But the plate - C11 XTS - is a real steal for all you people called Chris out there.
No, it's not at all obvious but the seller has helpfully provided a 'serving suggestion.'
The screw caps are hilarious - and I know platemakers can't do anything after they've sold it - but I notice it's got the British Standards compliance code printed, despite the spacing before 'XTS' being very clearly illegal.
