I can't work out what DE JURE is corrupted from.
I'm guessing he's one of those "Freeman of the Land" bellends and the vehicle isn't MOT'd, taxed, insured or registered, and that's just a 'vanity' plate.bonus points for the DE JURE plate AND for james bond style smokescreen emitted, when plod tried to pull him.

ignoring for a moment the chavplaters we like to laugh at, what is the thinking behind wanting your name/initials/etc on a plate anyway?
Isn't it only a small step from the monogrammed bathrobe or wearing a football shirt with your game on the back (when you don't play football)?
A combination of several things.Isn't it only a small step from the monogrammed bathrobe or wearing a football shirt with your game on the back (when you don't play football)?
Insecurity. (no one notices me, but they will now.)
Low self esteem. (need some sort of grand gesture.)
Self importance. ( here comes Mr. DTW! )
Ignorance. (haven't got a clue.)
Self entitlement.
Don't give a sh*t.
'A bit council'. (see the thread for clues.)
'I'm a bit of a geezer.' (Jack the lad.)
Just look at me!
There are others.
Mix and match.

Quite. In the same way that having your initials on a bathrobe is a nice finishing touch.I've still got them and still enjoy them, I don't think I'd buy them now though.

However, to a lot of people it just says 'fk you very much', especially when displayed on the mandatory white 4x4 with blacked out windows. An impression frequently confirmed by the driving style exhibited by such vehicles.Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
