Today in Northampton I saw a silver Range Rover sport with "MY 16 RRS" spaced as such. No pictures but it looked terrible

My mum spotted that one there last week. In that instance, as there were no spaces in the waiting area, the driver decided to dump it in the middle of the road outside the doorway for Starbucks (well away from the bollards) while they strolled inside to stock up on overpriced coffee & snacks.They didn't seem overly fazed at having blocked the road whilst they did it however
