Ok I give up. The Z is a 2 right? But what on earth is the R supposed to be?
It's W17 APD according to the .Gov vehicle check website.
Is the next stage with these plates to just make up your own, completely unconstrained by the actual registration ?

Yes, this is really L4 NYL.

Blimey. Back here after a while and going through the pages - no effort whatsoever on here to make that '1' even vaguely resemble an L. This and 'Wizard' above are, as another poster stated, just random. I tolerate mis-spacing. I laugh at chav plates. But surely anyone can see that this steps over the line??

Handbags? At noon, you say? OK, I'll be there. How many coffins? Or will you be apologising to the Mule? If you kids won't play nice, someone will need to shoot the bloomin' lot of you... tongue out

I think this was on the previous / old version of this thread from a year or more ago, but it seems he's still not managed to flog it yet and amusingly the price has increased too laugh

Number Plate for Peugeot 205 GTI

'A 19 GTL' READS 'A 1.9 GTI.' with the plate fixing heads positioned correctly wink

This is a really nice plate that will make any 1.9 GTI

A bargain at £3750 or best offer

Yep, but the illegality of the chavplate is secondary and falls well below the prime aim of these tards....self importance and vanity are the only things that count in their world....hehe

So...if this is the case.....why not add another number or letter to complete the bdisation process eh? The fact that its a crime is insignificant if you are a deluded fkwit.

Assume the A2 is the road not another 'Aldi' CAC plater....biggrin:

Next you will no doubt be claiming an RS5 is comparable to a GT3 RS.

Don't think so.

Not seen the Lambo but it used to be on a DB9 I'd see in Regents Park most mornings. Was always driven top down as long as it wasn't raining.

Wasn't just the Chav plate that made the guy look a bit of a tool TBH!

Similar to this......on the bin store (what else) key.....just as a reminder never to go down the chavplate 'lifestyle' route, hehe not that I am tempted, of course.

But this thread is about the plates being altered to misrepresent, that plate could have been issued to anyone, there arent there plenty of FA57 plates out there.

In any case, a minor offence if there is one.

No, I don't think I'll be doing that actually. Please don't make such silly assumptions.

Are you going to answer the question?

I'm interested, why do they seem to offend you so much?
You are making the silly assumptions....when did I say they offend me? You really need to lighten up a bit.

No need to go all defensive either....you clearly love your Audi 1.4 TFSi....but each to their own!

Are you disputing there are a disproportionate number of Audis 'adorned' with illegal chavplates?

At the risk of going off thread a tad, as you probably guessed, like alot of PHers, I do not particularly LIKE them as in general terms they are dull to drive, have inert steering, over servoed brakes, not especially reliable, tend to look very similar across all models and are somewhat overpriced. I find it intriguing as to why someone would not buy the equivalent VW /Seat same class but somewhat more INTERESTING vehicle whatever for less money...unless it is the perceived aspirational badge that is the main attraction? Do enlighten us.

Aldi Audi, like brand only cheaper more expensive. yes
