On the m20 heading London bound I saw a Range Rover Evoque with TF11 SHY spaced to read T F11SHY

And around the Maidstone section spotted what appeared to be quite a nice looking GTR ruined by its number plates

How can you have a "category three" it's either a good untampered legal plate or it's a load of crap.
